Welcome to Silver Springs Elementary!

It is my pleasure to welcome you to Silver Springs Elementary! It is the belief and mission of everyone here to encourage all our students to Lead, Grow, and Inspire as we work together to unlock a world of opportunities. As the leaders of tomorrow we believe that we have the power to choose to be whatever we want to be!

Silver Springs Elementary is outstanding in many ways. As the 62^nd Leader in Me Lighthouse School, our focus is to integrate Steven Covey’s 7 Habits of Highly Effective People into our curriculum to promote leadership amongst our students. This process of developing leaders empowers students and helps unleash each child’s full potential. The Silver Springs Staff is an incredible team dedicated to creating a culture of leadership. They also embrace best practice instructional strategies to provide our students with a solid foundation, which fosters a love for learning and helps our students take risks to meet challenges.

The staff at Silver Springs value strong partnerships with each other, our families and the greater community. These relationships allow us to share resources and learn from one another to promote learning for all. We work hard to provide curriculum and instruction that draws on our students’ background knowledge and exposes them to new experiences applicable to our educational standards.
